No, the software doesn't allow to have page numbers printed on documents. I've checked the documentation pages and user guide available and it's nowhere mentioned about page numbering. For this procedure, you will need an application that is dedicated to edit PDF files or the format produced by eCopy Desktop.
We have ECopy Desktop 9.2 installed on a PC that needs to be transferred to another PC. End users are unaware of a license file. How can I successfully transfer the application?

The software is not working in order to obtain the necessary data on how to move it, therefore you have to do it the manual way.
Use a Flash drive and copy the installation folder, then paste it on the new PC in the same location. For license transfer, use the same way to activate it. Look in the installation folder for license files or check the built-in section to learn about the help files and various ways to activate it. Typically, the software should also have a section to deactivate it under the Help menu in the main menu bar. Use that first, transfer the software and backup the data, and reverse the procedure and eCopy Desktop should be functional again.
The unavailability of eCopy Desktop could be due to various reasons such as discontinuation of the program, limited availability in certain regions, or technical issues. It is recommended to contact the software provider or check their official website for further information.
Yes, you can merge two PDF files into one PDF document using eCopy 9.2.

Once you get the format, access the database of Software Informer to download applications relevant for the operation above: http://software.informer.com/search/pdf+editors
